Meet Kim Zoller, one of the managing partners of Growtality and a renowned expert in leadership and communication skills. For over 30 years, Kim has been working with leaders and businesses worldwide, helping them increase engagement, retention, and personal and professional growth.
Kim has been featured on TEDx, ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, CNN, CNBC, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and more. Her impressive client roster includes Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Capgemini, World Bank Group, Vans, Mattel, GameStop, Fujitsu, American Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, and Rosewood Hotels, among others. Marnese Barksdale Elder
Introducing Marnese Barksdale Elder, MBA, CDP, a Managing Partner of Growtality, Inc., and a fourth-generation Fort Worth native with a long history of successful entrepreneurship and civic engagement in the metropolitan area.
With nearly 30 years of experience at Parkland Hospital, including serving as Senior Vice President and Associate Chief Talent Officer, Marnese has led a successful 40-year career with public, private, and non-profit entities. She is a graduate of Fisk University, holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University, and is a Certified Diversity Professional.
Marnese's leadership has yielded successful outcomes for several organizations, including her role as President of the historic Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce. Her successes have yielded comprehensive solutions for small businesses, start-ups, CEOs, and industry leaders to help navigate change, stand up critical program components, and execute strategic initiatives to produce proven results.
Marnese is a member of several organizations and holds appointed positions, including the Dallas County Small Business Advisory Council and the VisitDallas Board.
