One year ago I was preparing for my trip to Mexico to participate in my first full Iron-Man. When I look back of course there were lessons learned, but when I look forward that is when dreams are created.
"The moment in front of you is not bothering you... you are bothering yourself, so deal with it" ~ Michael Singer
It reminded me of the power to have time to just think.
The 4 components of the power of momentum:
1. Clarity - what did you love most about this past year? What was a moment that you really enjoyed? What were some magical moments? What did you celebrate that you accomplished this year?
2. Certainty - What is a dream, wish, desire or hope? Be bold; what we focus on we find.
3. Get fired up - write down your goal and your plan to get there. What would be your 1 year goal? What do you want the most?
4. Commitment - know your why; what are the things that really matter to you in this goal?
Every single day make decisions that honour your must goal.
With love and gratitude,
